Veerayatan is a non-profit, non-governmental organization, which was established in 1973 in the state of Bihar by Acharya Shri Chandanaji with the blessings of Param Pujya Gurudev Shri Amar Muni ji Maharaj. It is run by a team of dynamic and dedicated Sadhvis with the support of Trustees, committee members, professional staff and committed volunteers whose work is performed without any regard to caste, creed, race, religion or socio-economic status.. Since its inception Veerayatan created an indelible impact in extending extraordinary contribution towards the alleviation of human suffering.

Veerayatan encompasses a wide spectrum of activities which include starting and running Schools, Hospitals and Vocational training for the under privileged section of the society, especially for the Rural population. Free medical checkups, Eye surgeries, Polio re-correction surgeries have been the part of our effort. Veerayatan has also actively initiated emergency rehabilitation programs in the aftermath of natural calamities like earthquakes, floods and tsunami.Veerayatan was among the first organization presented to provide necessary relief and rehabilitation following the 2001 earthquake in Kutch Gujarat, the tsunami in 2004 and during the Surat floods in 2006.
